Usage : Mix a portion (1 scoop - 35 g) of the powder with 180 - 250 ml of skim MILK or water and consume the portion immediately after training.

On non-sport days, drink a serving between meals. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature no higher than 25 C.
