Ingredients: PepForm® - L-Leucine peptides (whey peptides /from milk/, L-Leucine peptides, L-Leucine), L-Leucine, acidifying regulator: citric acid; L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, creatine monohydrate Kre-Alkalyne®, HMB (hydroxy methyl butyrate), dicalcium phosphate, beta-alanine (CarnoSyn®), L-citrulline malate, acidifying regulators: sodium carbonate, malic acid; dye: (flavor blue raspberry: brilliant blue and carmine; flavor fruit punch: beetroot extract), emulsifier: soya lecithin; sweetener: sucralose (Splenda®), aroma, sweetener: acesulfame-K, anticaking agent: silicon dioxide

Recommended dosage: Mix 2 scoops (13 g) of Amix LEU-CORE with 200-300 ml of water. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. Take the drink immediately after physical performance. To change the flavor and sweetness of the prepared drink, change the amount of water used for preparation.
