Ingredients:
magnesium bisglycinate (chelate), acidity regulators: citric acid, malic acid; fragrances, adhesive: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; nicotinamide (vitamin B3), coloring: beta-carotene; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Usage: drink one portion (1 scoop - 7 g.) before sports or before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily rate - 1 portion.
