Ingredients:
ChelaZone® calcium bisglycinate chelate, ChelaZone® magnesium bisglycinate chelate, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), tackifier: microcrystalline cellulose; ChelaZone® zinc bisglycinate chelate, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Usage: Take 3 capsules a day with a meal. Drink more water.
