Ingredients:
Anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), ChelaZone® copper bisglycinate chelate, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Directions: Take 1-2 capsules daily with a meal. Drink plenty of water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
