PRIVACY (COOKIES) POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

1. General provisions.

1.1. UAB "Aivaro sportas" (hereinafter - "Company") respecting the right to privacy of its customers, including visitors and buyers of the website https://www.fitsport.lt/ (hereinafter - "Website") (hereinafter - "Customers"), undertakes to ensure the protection of their personal data and the protection of their rights as data subjects.

1.2. This privacy policy regulates the main principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data of all the Company's customers.

By using the Company's Website or services or by purchasing products offered by the Company, thereby providing the Company with your personal data, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy (except for data processing actions that will require your separate consent). 2. Concepts used in the privacy policy.

2.1. Personal data - any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is a person whose identity can be determined directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as a name, a personal identification number, location data and an Internet identifier, or by one or more of that natural person's physical, signs of physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

2.2. Data subject - a natural person - a client of the Company (including visitors to the Website) whose personal data is collected by the Company.

2.3. Consent of the data subject - any freely given, specific and unambiguous expression of the will of a properly informed data subject by means of a statement or unequivocal actions by which he agrees to the processing of personal data related to him.

2.4. This data may be stored for a longer period if there are other legal grounds for such a storage period.

4. For what purposes are your personal data processed?

4.1. The Company processes your personal data specified above for the following data processing purposes: for the identification of the Company's customers in its information systems, when registering on the Website and connecting to their account, for the processing and administration of the purchase of services and / or goods, for the administration of accounting documents related to the order of services, for the fulfillment and administration of the delivery of goods , to contact you, to fulfill contractual obligations, for direct marketing purposes (only with the prior consent of the data subjects).

5.1. 7. Processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.

7.1. We will send you the Company's newsletters by e-mail. by mail and/or inquire about the quality of existing services, only with your prior consent and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.

7.2. The following personal data of yours are processed for direct marketing purposes: name, surname, e-mail address. postal address, telephone.

7.3. Your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing is stored until you opt out of receiving direct marketing communications.

8. Who is your personal data provided to?
