Ingredients:
Lutein oil (lutein, zeaxanthin), soybean oil, gelatin, humectant: glycerol; water, dyes: red and black iron oxides.
Allergen warning:
May contain traces of milk, egg, soy, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take 1 capsule a day with food, drink more water. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance.

Amix GreenDay Lute-IN is a dietary supplement containing lutein, which is a natural fat-soluble carotenoid found in vegetables and fruits, especially concentrated in green leafy vegetables such as kale and spinach. Sufficient amounts of this substance are found in healthy eyes. It is a yellow pigment classified as a xanthophyll. Xanthophyll plays an important role in photosynthesis. Lutein and its isomer, zeaxanthin, are often present together, and in blood serum, lutein can be converted to zeaxanthin.

Amix GreenDay Lute-IN - Lutein is not regenerated in the body and does not replenish itself, so its level naturally decreases with age. This substance is not abundant in food, so in the case of its deficiency, it can be useful to supplement it by using food supplements.
