Ingredients:
Evening primrose oil (oenothera biennis - seeds), gelatin capsule (bovine gelatin, moisture regulator: glycerol, purified water); dl-alpha tocopherol (vit. E).
Allergen warning:
May contain traces of milk, egg, soy, gluten, shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts.

Usage: Take 3 capsules a day with food. Drink enough fluids.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
