Ingredients:
calcium carbonate (calcium), stabilizing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, distilled water, colorant: calcium carbonate), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergen warning:
It may contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, crustaceans and molluscs .

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of 1 serving – 1 capsule.
