WHAT IS OMEGA 3-6-9?
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPR), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALR) are components of omega 3-6-9. Although omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 are fatty acids with health benefits, they differ from each other in the arrangement of double bonds in their chemical structure. Omega-3 and omega-6, which are called essential fats, cannot be synthesized by the body, but omega-9 can.

WHY IS IT USEFUL?
Each of the three omega fatty acids has its own benefits, but all three work synergistically to support heart, brain, and vision health. DHA supports healthy vision development and is therefore beneficial for young children.
