Usage: Take 6 tablets a day, preferably 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets before going to bed. Drink plenty of water. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not use in pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of the reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
