Ingredients:
Ascorbic acid (Vit. C), Beta-Glucans yeast Goldcell® (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, dye: calcium carbonate); stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose Methocel®; selenium yeast Goldcell® (saccharomyces cerevisiae), cholecalciferol (vit. D3), adhesives: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; zinc oxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, egg, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Usage: Take 2 capsules every other day.
