Ingredients:

Usage: mix 1 teaspoon of powder (3 g) in a glass of water or juice. During the loading phase, take 1 serving 3-4 times a day for the first 7 days. In the maintenance phase: 1-2 servings per day (duration of two weeks). For better results, drink at least 3 liters of water during the day.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry room away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not higher than 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
