L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 24.3%, L-citrulline malate 24.3%, L-arginine ethyl ester HCl 12.2%, L-arginine alpha-ketoisocaproate 12.2%, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), betaine HCl 3%, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 5 capsules approximately 2 hours after breakfast and 5 capsules 30-60 minutes before training. On non-training days, take 5 capsules before lunch and 5 capsules before dinner.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. It should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
