Maltodextrin, acidulant: citric acid; L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (A-AKG) 2000 mg., tri-creatine malate 1500 mg., L-glutamine alpha-ketoglutarate 1000 mg., N-acetyl-L-glutamine 1000 mg., L-citrulline malate 1000 mg. ., taurine 100 mg., creatine - Kre-Alkalyn® 750 mg., CarnoSyn® beta-alanine 750 mg., betaine HCl 500 mg., anhydrous caffeine 200 mg., cinnamon extract (Cinnulin®) 10 mg., acidic substance: calcium carbonate; aroma, beetroot juice, dicalcium phosphate, disodium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, sweeteners: sucralose and acesulfame-K, viscosity-regulating agent: silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten, fish, nuts, peanuts, crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Mix a portion of the product (1 measuring spoon - 26 mg.) in 200 - 300 ml. of cold water and drink 30 - 45 minutes before training.

This product is for use only by healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 50. Avoid taking extra caffeine, as this can increase the negative effects.
