Ingredients:
97% creatine MagnaPOWER® – magnesium creatine chelate (bisglycinate), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take one serving (6 capsules) 30-60 minutes before exercise. On non-training days, take 3-6 capsules per day. Athletes taking creatine should drink adequate amounts of water (2-3 liters per day) to maximize hydration and improve metabolic function.
