Ingredients:
Buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn®), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions: On training days, take 1 capsule in the morning about 30 minutes before your first meal, then take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before your workout. Drink about 300 ml. of water.

On non-training days, take 1 capsule in the morning about 30 minutes before your first meal and 1-2 capsules in the evening, 30 minutes before your last meal. Drink about 300 ml. of water.
