One serving (1 teaspoon) contains 5 g of micronized creatine monohydrate.

Ingredients: micronized creatine monohydrate.

Usage: mix 1 teaspoon of powder (5 g) in a glass of water or juice. During the loading phase, take 1 portion 4 times a day for the first 7 days.
