Creatine HCl	3000 mg.
Ingredients:
Creatine HCl, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Usage: Take 2-4 capsules with a glass of water, preferably 60 minutes before training. On non-training days, take 2-4 capsules per day. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g. creatine.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
