Usage: Recommended daily dose 3.5 g. (¾ scoop). Mix 3.5 g. (¾ scoop) with 200 ml. of cold water and drink. Consume approximately 30-60 minutes before training. Use a hand shaker for mixing. Athletes taking creatine monohydrate should drink at least 2000 ml. of water per day to maximize hydration.
