Ingredients:
Creatine monohydrate Creapure®, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Directions: Take 4 capsules daily approximately 30-60 minutes before exercise. Drink plenty of water. Athletes taking creatine monohydrate should drink at least 2000 ml. of water per day to maximize hydration.
