Alpha lipoic acid	200 mg.
Ingredients:
Dextrose, alpha lipoic acid, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose Methocel®; anti-sticking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take 1 capsule per day with food. Drink plenty of water.
