Ingredients:
D-glucosamine sulfate 2KCl /from crustaceans/ , chondroitin sulfate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), Boswellia serrata extract (Boswellin®), white willow bark extract, anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. stabilizers: inulin and sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1-2 tablets per day, preferably between meals, with plenty of water.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
