Amix Mega Omega fish oil is an excellent source of the fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPH) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in naturally occurring proportions, enriched with natural vitamin E. In general, fish oil is a particularly important ingredient in our diet, which provides the human body with omega-3 fatty acids. The two main and most important omega-3 fatty acids are the aforementioned DHA and EPA. A considerable amount of these fatty acids can be found in fish - salmon, herring or mackerel. However, it is not easy to eat the right amount of fish every day in order to collect the daily allowance of fatty acids. If the amount of these nutrients in the human diet is insufficient, experts advise to enrich it with omega-3 supplements. Amix Mega Omega - 3 is an exceptional quality fish oil, just 1 capsule is enough to collect the daily rate of fatty acids (this fish oil contains almost twice as much as in standard omega - 3 supplements, in one capsule you will find 330 mg EPA and 220 mg DHA).
