Ingredients:
Schisandria Chinensis extract, standardized to contain at least 10% schisandrins, stabilizer – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (component of the capsule shell)

Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a glass of water.
