Ingredients:
KSM-66 Ashwagandha powder (Withania somnifera, root), N-acetyl-l-tyrosine, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, color: calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Chelazone® (chelated zinc bisglycinate), GoldCell® (selenium yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)), bladderwrack extract (Fucus vesiculosus, whole plant), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), nicotinamide (niacin), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (vitamin D).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal and plenty of water.
