Ingredients:
Tribulus terrestris (whole plant), ZMA® (zinc in the form of L-monomethionine sulfate and L-aspartate; magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, pyridoxine HCl /vit. B6/), anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; stabilizers: maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Take 2 tablets per day before bedtime.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The product is not intended for children. It should not be used as a substitute for food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
