Ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule (emulsifier (hypromellose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), emulsifier (microcrystalline cellulose).
Allergens: Manufactured in a facility that processes milk, wheat, egg, peanut, soy, tree nut (hazelnut), fish (collagen) ingredients.

Directions: On training and non-training days, take 2-3 capsules in the evening before bed on an empty stomach with 250 ml of water. Take for 8 weeks, then take a 4-week break.
