Ingredients:
Maral root powder (Rhaponticum carthamoides), wild yam extract (Dioscorea villosa – tuber), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colouring agent – calcium carbonate), maca extract (Lepidium meyenii Walp. – root), damiana extract (Turnera diffusa Wild. – leaves), gamma oryzanol (from rice bran oil), Testofen® fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum – seeds), anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, bulking agent – microcrystalline cellulose, zinc oxide (zinc).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soy, gluten and shellfish.

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily before training. On non-training days, take in the morning with a meal. Use this product for a maximum of 8 weeks, then take a 4-week break.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. When using this dietary supplement, you should consult your healthcare professional, especially if used in combination with diabetes medications.
