Ingredients:
100% L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate 2:1.

Directions: Take 1 g. (1 serving) 30 minutes before training and 1 g. (1 serving) after training. Maximum daily dose is 3 g. (1 .g corresponds to approximately ¼ teaspoon). Mix with water or your favorite beverage. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not take the supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not intended for use by children or adolescents under 18 years of age. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
