Usage: Mix one scoop with 350 ml. of the chosen drink 30 minutes before training. Due to the extremely strong formulation of Animal Fury, it is recommended to start with ½ scoop and work up to 1 scoop. Do not take more than one serving in 24 hours and 6-8 hours before bedtime. This product contains ingredients that absorb moisture, which can cause the powder to stick together. This is normal and the product is safe to use.
