Ingredients:
Maral root extract (Rhaponticum carthamoides), wild yam root extract (Dioscorea villosa), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant – calcium carbonate), maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii Walp.), damiana extract (Turnera diffusa Wild. – leaves), Testofen® fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum – seeds), gamma oryzanol, stabilizer – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®, anti-caking agents – vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 1 capsule daily before training. On non-training days, take in the morning with a meal. Use this product for a maximum of 8 weeks, then take a 4-week break.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. When using this dietary supplement, you should consult your healthcare professional, especially if used in combination with diabetes medications. Not suitable for women with a history or family history of breast cancer. Stop use and consult a doctor if any adverse reactions occur.
