Usage: Take one pack of Rock's Energy Gel before or during training. Drink enough fluids. Do not exceed two gels per day.

Rock's Energy Gel XXL with caffeine is a great source of quick energy. This product uses a fast-absorbing carbohydrate complex, enriched with minerals such as sodium and potassium (the latter are mostly removed from the body with sweat), as well as vitamin C and caffeine added to this complex. It is a great and convenient gel that can be used before or during training.
