Nutritional/energy value (32 g - 1 serving): 110 kcal, fat <1 g, carbohydrates 25 g (of which sugar 15 g), protein <1 g, fiber 1 g, sodium 80 mg, potassium 40 mg, vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 80 mg 100% RMV.

Ingredients: Sucrose, Water, Maltodextrin, Fructose, Dextrose, Isomaltulose (Palatinosa™), Fibersol®-2 (Indigestible Maltodextrin), Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Ascorbic Acid, Thickener Xanthan Gum, Flavors, Colors: Pineapple Flavor - sunset yellow and tartrazine*; in lemon flavor - tartrazine*; in orange flavor - carotene and apo-carotenal; preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, acidity regulator malic acid. *The dye can negatively affect children's attention and activity.

Usage: Take one pack of Rock's Energy Gel before or during training. Drink enough fluids.
