Ingredients:
Instantized extruded rice flour, cocoa powder (only in flavors: coconut-chocolate, peanut butter-cookie, double Dutch chocolate, banoffee, white chocolate), acidity regulator: citric acid (only in flavors: strawberry-yogurt), salt, flavors, beetroot juice (only in strawberry-yogurt flavor), sweeteners: steviol glycosides, sucralose and acesulfame K.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten, fish, sesame, nuts, peanuts and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Usage: Mix 2 measuring spoons (50 g) with 220–250 ml. hot water or milk. Mix well with a spoon until you get a porridge consistency. You can sweeten with a little honey and add fruit and nuts. You can change the mixing ratio to your taste.

Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
