Ingredients:

Amix Iso-Lyn™ Recovery – this product was specially designed for rapid muscle recovery during exercise and faster recovery after exercise. A perfectly designed combination of additional active ingredients (more about them below in the description), supplemented with an ideally balanced combination of short and long carbohydrate chains, which are gradually released and restore glycogen stores in the muscles, ensures that the whole body is best prepared for the next start, exercise or simply returning to sports after a short rest in a short period of time.

L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in muscles. Without sufficient amounts of this amino acid, regeneration and muscle growth are impossible.

BCAA – branched-chain amino acids increase protein synthesis in muscles (reduce their breakdown). BCAA consists of L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine.

L-arginine AKG – has the ability to regulate blood circulation in the body. Improves oxygen transport to muscles, accelerates regeneration.
