Recommended dose:

Loading phase - day 1-5: drink 3 servings of Vitargo+CREATINE per day. Take the last portion immediately AFTER your workout (if it's a workout day). A suitable drinking interval is one serving every 3-4 hours. Vitargo+CREATINE should be taken between meals.
Support Phase - Day 6 and beyond: Take 1 serving of Vitargo+CREATINE (7.5 g-creatine monohydrate per day), preferably immediately AFTER training (if it's a training day). Vitargo+CREATINE effectively restores glycogen reserves after intense physical exertion, and also provides the benefits of creatine.
You can also use Vitargo without loading phases, just before or after training to fill your sports goals or nutritional gaps.

Preparation: fill a shaker or bottle with water (200 - 400 ml) and add one serving (2 scoops) of Vitargo®! net amount (75 g). Mix well for 1-2 minutes. Add the remaining required amount of water, mix well again.

Glycogen and creatine are two different energy stores for muscle work. Glycogen stores are used during prolonged physical exercise.
