Nutritional/energy value (70 ml): 147 kcal/617 kJ, fat < 0.5 g, carbohydrates 34 g, of which sugars 30 g, protein 2.5 g, potassium 75 mg, sodium 150 mg.

Ingredients: deionized water, dextrose, Palatinose® (isomaltulose), maltodextrin, stabilizers cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose and xanthan gum, taurine 1000 mg, L-glycine 1000 mg, magnesium citrate (75 mg magnesium 20% RMV), L-carnitine base 500 mg, inosine (hypoxanthine riboside) 300 mg, acidity regulators citric acid and malic acid, flavors, acidity regulator tripotassium citrate, sodium chloride, Beta-alanine (CarnoSyn®) 100 mg, caffeine 100 mg, preservatives potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate, sweeteners: Acesulfame K and sucralose, dyes: azorubin in cherry lemonade flavor*; carotene and apo-carotenal in orange flavor; lemon-lime tartrazine*; guarana flavored caramel. *Colors can negatively affect children's attention and activity.

Usage: consume the contents of the packet immediately before training or gradually during physical exertion. To establish tolerance, start with half a serving. It is not recommended to use less than 4 hours before bedtime. Drink more water at the same time.
