Usage: After exercise, there is a critical anabolic “window of opportunity”. To take advantage of this nutritional window, consume 1-2 servings within 15-30 minutes immediately after exercise. Even better, on training days, consume 2 servings – one pre-workout, one immediately before exercise, and one post-workout. If you are also taking a protein shake after your workout, it is recommended to consume Animal Nitro first and then drink the protein shake 30-45 minutes later. Whenever possible, consume the product on an empty stomach with 250-350 ml of grape or other juice.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
