Ingredients:
Phosphatidylserine 50% (from soy lecithin), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant – calcium carbonate), L-tryptophan, Bacopa monnieri extract, L-tyrosine, alpha lipoic acid, stabilizer – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Methocel®, anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, preferably with a light meal after exercise or before bed. Drink plenty of water.
