Usage: For people weighing up to 80 kg., take 2 capsules per day, and for those weighing over 80 kg. – 4 capsules per day. Take half a serving (1 or 2 capsules, depending on your body weight) after training, and the other half a serving (1 or 2 capsules, depending on your body weight) before bedtime. Drink plenty of water.
