L-theanine 200 mg, rice flour, vegetarian capsule (hypromellose).

Per serving (1 capsule): 200 mg L-theanine

Usage: Take a portion (1 capsule) once or twice a day. Wash down with water. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
