BigMan Nutrition Casein Pro Micellar

A long-acting protein product that is ideal for nourishing muscles for a longer period of time. Although we need fast-acting proteins after physical exertion, at other times of the day it is much more important to get slow-acting proteins so that the muscles are evenly and for a long time supplied with the necessary nutrients. This is where casein comes to the rescue - a slow-acting protein that will provide the muscles with protein and amino acids for a long time. Casein has a strong anti-catabolic effect, so it is simply ideal in the evening, or anytime when we want our muscles to be nourished for a long time after drinking a cocktail.

It is a very high-quality protein with a high biological value of proteins. Due to its properties, micellar casein is an ideal protein to consume before bed. Since proteins help preserve muscle mass, by consuming this cocktail you can protect yourself from catabolism during the night. It can also replace dinner (if you are following a special diet). Casein becomes thick when mixed with water, which makes it an excellent protein for cooking.
