Ingredients:
Bugle extract (Ajuga reptans) - whole plant, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, colorant: calcium carbonate), zinc bisglycinate, anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.
Allergens: May contain traces of milk, eggs, soybeans, gluten and crustaceans (crustaceans and molluscs).

Directions: Take 2 capsules per day with plenty of water.
