Usage: Consume 100 g. of the product per day. Divide the dose into two parts (50 g. - 1.5 measuring scoops), consume one of them an hour before training, the other - no later than 1 hour after training (preferably immediately). Mix 50 g. of the product with 200 ml. of water or low-fat milk and drink.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
