Directions: Mix 1 scoop (35 g) with 200-300 ml. of cold water or skimmed milk. Use a blender or whisk, mix for 30 seconds. Consume 1-3 servings per day between meals, depending on your daily protein needs.

On non-sports days, drink a serving between meals. Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C.
