Usage: Mix the isotonic drink by dissolving 30 g. (about 1 measuring spoon) with 300 ml. of water. Drink before or during physical activity. The specific dose depends on the type, duration of the workout and your weight.

Should not be used as a meal replacement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly closed in a dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature not exceeding 25 C. Consult a nutritionist or trainer before use.
