Usage: Mix a portion (10 ml.) of the product with 500 - 700 ml. of water and consume during exercise.

This product is only for use by healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 50. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product is not recommended for children of any age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Tartrazine, Azorubin, and Sunset Yellow S may adversely affect activity and attention in children. Keep out of the reach of children.
