Per serving (3 capsules) : conjugated linoleic acid 1200 mg, green tea extract 300 mg.

Ingredients: conjugated linoleic acid, green tea extract, capsule (gelatin, water, dye titanium dioxide), Methocel® (hydrophilic micropolymeric cellulose ether system), magnesium stearate, tackifier silicon dioxide.
