Usage: Mix a portion (one scoop - 33 g) of powder with 250 - 300 ml. skim milk, water or juice and consume a portion immediately after training. On non-sport days, drink a serving between meals.

Sudėtis pagal baltymų kiekį dozėje geresnė nei Goldo, bet pakuotė mažesnė, todėl gaunam, kad Gold (74 dozės), o Amix 66 (jau įskaitant pridedamus 6 pakelius). Vienintelis pliusas tai baltymų miksas su 27 gramais baldymo. Realiai nereiktų lyginti, nes nežinom baltymų proporcijų, gali būti, kad pigiausio baldymo yra daugiau nei pvz., isolate. Manyčiau Goldas su Dymatize išlieka viršuje.
